Working one on one with an EAO coach provides the athlete with focused individualized attention without compromising the intense training environment. In this setting, EAO Sports can identify possible weaknesses and work to improve up on them mentally and physically.
Each EAO Sports Individual Training Session builds upon Agility, Strength, Core Strength, Reaction Time, Vertical Jump, Explosiveness, Nervous System Recruitment, Competitive Excellence and Mental Preparation.
